Location: Greenfield, Indiana, United States; primary location at 6437 Enterprise Dr, McCordsville, IN

Annual salary: $84,000–$126,000, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead large or multiple medium-sized implementation and sustainment projects for Walmart Central Operations.
• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, risks, timelines, resource plans, budgets, and management plans.
• Develop and maintain feedback, reporting, analytics, and project-support tools.
• Analyze operational efficiency, identify root causes, reduce costs, and develop solutions aligned with business goals.
• Monitor project metrics, usage, feedback, progress, and results, escalating issues when necessary.
• Build stakeholder relationships, provide expert guidance, and communicate recommendations and performance metrics to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in arts, sciences, business, or a related field and 2 years of experience in project management, operations management, or a related field; or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to attend and successfully complete required trainings and assessments.
• Experience applying data analysis, business metrics, and process improvement methods.
• Ability to work at the specified Indiana location.

Nice to have

• Experience developing reporting, database, or feedback tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience writing SQL queries or automating reports, including Microsoft Excel macro development.
