Realty Project Coach

Location: Onsite in Aiken, South Carolina, United States

Annual salary: $60,000–$110,000, plus potential performance-based bonuses and additional compensation.

What you will do

• Own realty execution projects, including scope, timelines, deliverables, phasing plans, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate associates, contractors, vendors, engineers, architects, and design managers to deliver store projects.
• Plan merchandise placement, review modular plans, and ensure fixtures, equipment, and displays are installed and operational.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, procurement, deliveries, construction issues, warranty items, and corrective work.
• Manage vendor relationships and communicate project impacts, adjustments, and milestones across internal and external teams.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and develop associates while supporting compliance, customer experience, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area; or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional project stakeholders, associates, contractors, and vendors.
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, merchandise placement, construction issues, and operational requirements.
• Successful completion of all required job training and assessments.
• Work onsite at the Aiken, South Carolina location.

Nice to have

• Experience leading a cross-functional team.
• Master’s degree in Business.
• Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
