Location: Remote with management approval based on business requirements, or onsite at the San Diego headquarters or another company location. The role requires regular collaboration with employees, clients, and vendors and up to 25% domestic travel.

Salary: $108,515–$152,464–$196,412 per year.

What you will do

  • Manage long-term relationships with healthcare clients and serve as the primary clinical contact for assigned accounts.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of clinical programs and services tailored to client needs.
  • Advise clients on clinical strategy, formulary management, drug utilization, industry trends, and innovations.
  • Analyze clinical data and prepare reports on program performance, outcomes, and cost savings.
  • Coordinate with operational, sales, account management, clinical, and non-clinical teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Support regulatory compliance, risk management, marketing materials, and proposals for new client opportunities.

Requirements

  • Medicare Part D experience is required.
  • PharmD with 3+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus one year as a subject-matter expert in the relevant area.
  • Current, active, unrestricted registered Pharmacist License in any U.S. state; additional state licensure may be required.
  • Knowledge of PBM operations, drug formulary systems, and healthcare regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, relational databases, and Salesforce.
