Provider Engagement Executive (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, but must live in the State of Louisiana. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required, with up to 25% travel as needed.

Salary: $86,300–$118,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop and grow long-term relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare systems.
• Support financial and quality performance within health plan and provider partnerships.
• Advise executives on functional strategies and matters affecting provider performance.
• Work across reimbursement, incentive programs, quality and clinical management, population health, data sharing, connectivity, documentation, and coding.
• Drive HEDIS and STARs performance, operational improvements, market growth, and member and provider experience.
• Use independent judgment to analyze complex issues and determine effective courses of action.

Requirements

• 5+ years of healthcare or managed care experience in provider contracting, network management, or provider relations.
• 2+ years of demonstrated project management experience.
• Experience partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Planning, preparation, and presentation skills, with knowledge of reimbursement and bonus methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience working with HEDIS and STARs measures.
• Must live in Louisiana and be able to travel as needed, up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience analyzing financial trends in healthcare costs, administrative expenses, and quality or bonus performance.
• Knowledge of Medicare policies, processes, and procedures.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
