What you will do
- Coordinate receiving, dispatching, picking, loading, and unloading activities according to customer and company procedures.
- Ensure inbound and outbound orders are processed accurately and on time to meet service and quality KPIs.
- Maintain customer orders and planning information in warehouse and business systems.
- Manage service and stock discrepancies, communicate process deviations and quality risks, and prepare agreed-upon reports.
- Work with customers, carriers, Shift Leaders, and Operators to meet delivery requirements and optimize warehouse workflows.
- Support product quality, temperature control, damage prevention, workplace safety, cleanliness, and continuous operational improvement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience in planning, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- At least 3 years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Intermediate or higher computer proficiency.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-moving warehouse environment and follow health and safety procedures.
Nice to have
- Associate degree or equivalent training.
- Experience using SharePoint or similar systems.
