Senior Project Manager (Trade Shows & Events)

Location: North Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Must work onsite at the North Las Vegas office five days a week and travel frequently, including weekends, for onsite event management.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale tradeshow, exhibition, and event projects from client intake and planning through design, production, installation, onsite execution, and post-event analysis.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, budgets, forecasts, and financial reconciliations.
• Coordinate internal teams and serve as the primary operational contact for clients, stakeholders, leadership, and partner functions.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors, contractors, transportation providers, show service partners, and installation and dismantle teams.
• Review technical drawings, production specifications, and exhibit construction details while ensuring safety, venue, and quality requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams, mentor project management colleagues, identify risks, and implement contingency plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience in tradeshows, exhibitions, experiential marketing, events, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects from inception through completion.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, vendor management, logistics, and production partnerships.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production specifications, with strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software, ERP and business systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
