International Logistics Specialist

What you will do

• Analyze ocean export services, business processes, productivity, pricing, costing, and operational data.
• Develop recommendations and ideas to improve efficiency, business processes, and customer outcomes.
• Build relationships with external customers, suppliers, operations teams, and internal functional groups.
• Lead weekly virtual meetings with customers and vendors, including ocean carriers, dray providers, and shipping sites.
• Support process improvement projects, ad hoc problem solving, crisis response, reporting, and data visualization.
• Lead implementation and follow-up for newly onboarded sites and business units while supporting import/export regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Experience analyzing business and operational processes using internal systems and external data.
• Ability to translate analysis into observations, recommendations, and practical improvement initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate customers, suppliers, ocean carriers, dray providers, shipping sites, and internal teams.
• Capability to produce reports and graphics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of import/export operations and regulatory compliance.
