Export Logistics Coordinator

What you will do

• Process export orders, log incoming documents, verify data against US Customs requirements, and distribute finalized documentation.
• Coordinate cargo availability, pickup and delivery arrangements, and the outbound movement of international freight shipments.
• Prepare export declarations and related Bills of Lading for ocean exports.
• Review daily shipment monitoring reports, verify measurement standards, and report non-conformances.
• Maintain operational tables, support accounting issues, and manage RFI/RFQ activities.
• Establish rates and services with third-party carriers and ensure prompt, accurate communication.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in export logistics, shipment documentation, and international freight coordination.
• Ability to verify documentation for US Customs compliance.
• Ability to prepare export declarations and ocean Bills of Lading.
• Strong attention to data accuracy, reporting standards, and communication.
• Ability to coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of interpreting Letters of Credit.
