Real Estate Operations Analyst (Property Management)

Location: Portland, Oregon, with on-site work across the portfolio and travel between Seattle properties; reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 base per year, plus bonuses and leasing commissions.

What you will do

• Lead property tours and manage the leasing pipeline from first inquiry through signed lease.
• Respond to prospects by phone, email, and text with clear and timely communication.
• Support move-ins, move-outs, and renewals alongside on-site property managers.
• Assist with systems rollouts and company-wide operational initiatives.
• Learn existing processes and help improve them across the portfolio.
• Take on additional responsibilities as new opportunities emerge.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organization, reliability, and follow-through.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Interest in real estate, housing, or operations as a career.
• No property management experience required; industry training is provided.

Nice to have

• Customer-facing, sales, or hospitality experience.
• Familiarity with property management software, including AppFolio.
