Part Time ID Card Specialist (Military)

Location: Key West, Florida, at NAS Key West; onsite role

Company

Military personnel support services for the U.S. Navy’s Identification Card Administration program at DEERS and RAPIDS sites.

What you will do

• Provide customer service and identification card administration for military personnel, retirees, dependents, and verified contractors.
• Verify identity and eligibility, issue DoD identification cards and CACs, and complete DEERS enrollments and updates.
• Operate and maintain RAPIDS workstations, including PIN resets, PKI certificate verification, and user maintenance.
• Review entered data for accuracy, reconcile erroneous DEERS information, and answer customer and telephone inquiries.
• Safeguard CACs and related materials when certified as a Site Security Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• HR experience in military pay, military personnel, travel claims, Navy transportation, or comparable private-sector or federal-agency experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for explaining military entitlements, allowances, and collections.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
• U.S. citizenship and a favorably adjudicated Tier 3 (NACLC) security investigation required.
