Contract Specialist (Healthcare Education)

Location: Lisle, Illinois, USA; hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week, Monday–Thursday

Salary: $42,661.58–$75,065.24 per year

What you will do

• Manage clinical affiliation agreements from initiation through execution and renewal.
• Coordinate with clinical partners, legal, clinical operations, compliance, and academic stakeholders.
• Analyze contract management needs, support negotiations, and document communications.
• Maintain accurate contractual relationship data in the Clinical Learning Management System and campus binders.
• Conduct contract audits and optimize reporting for compliance, accreditation, and leadership decision-making.
• Administer SFDC, provide system support, and train users on reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience developing training materials and conducting training required.
• Systems and database knowledge required, including familiarity with multiple system applications.
• SFDC database experience is a plus.
• Detail orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Medical background is helpful; contract experience is preferred.
