Salary: $117,300–$175,900 annually

What you will do

• Establish and manage the project filing system in accordance with client requirements.
• Log and manage submittals, RFIs, correspondence, material inspections, certifications, and acceptances.
• Create, distribute, and file meeting agendas and minutes.
• Review daily reports and prepare weekly and monthly construction management progress reports.
• Prepare monthly progress payments, change orders, and track change order payments.
• Coordinate with project team members, clients, A/E teams, and special inspection teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a similar A/E/C discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in the inspection and construction of transportation projects.
• Client-focused approach and commitment to delivering effective solutions.
• Strong commitment to innovation, integrity, ethical conduct, and sustainable practices.
• Demonstrated collaboration experience in diverse and inclusive teams.

Nice to have

• OSHA 30-hour safety course.
• CMIT certification.
