Project Manager - Operations

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; onsite role. Travel requirements are less than 5%.

What you will do

• Develop project charters with functional groups and define project requirements and business cases.
• Plan and manage project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, communications, and risks.
• Coordinate Operations, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Marketing teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Lead project teams, organize weekly meetings, and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare monthly project status reports and present project goals, plans, and progress to management.
• Identify project risks and coordinate mitigation plans with leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–8 years of experience in Engineering, Marketing, Quality, or Sales Operations.
• At least 4 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Must already have full-time work authorization in the United States without requiring current or future employment visa sponsorship.
• Strong matrix management, stakeholder leadership, communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s or MBA degree.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with complex change management initiatives and operational excellence.
• Understanding of the medical industry and market trends.
