Warehouse Supervisor (Healthcare)

Location: Mundelein, Illinois, United States; onsite warehouse role

Salary: $67,000–$101,000 annual, with bonus and/or incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, processing, packaging, storage, shipping, and related reporting.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and audit goods received into warehouse facilities.
• Lead daily employee activities by assigning work, monitoring progress, reviewing accuracy, and providing technical guidance.
• Coach and mentor team members on productivity, quality, safety, and company values.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time while maintaining overtime within budget.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues and support safe operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit, walk, or stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work onsite in Mundelein, Illinois.
