Distribution Supervisor 2nd Shift

Location: Mocksville, North Carolina, United States; onsite, second shift

What you will do

• Support the Shift Manager with receiving, packing, shipment, and other distribution center activities.
• Assign daily work, balance workloads, and coordinate department operations.
• Coach and develop associates, manage performance, and coordinate training and cross-training.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, employee engagement, and compliance with established procedures.
• Track, control, and report department metrics through education and accountability.
• Participate in or lead continuous improvement projects using 5S and Six Sigma tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of job-related experience, preferably in distribution.
• Proven leadership potential and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Availability to work flexible hours and shifts, including the second shift, is required.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and work around conveyors, rolling stock, noise, and dust.

Nice to have

• Four-year college degree.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
