Distribution Manager

Location: Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States; onsite at the Wisconsin Distribution Center.

What you will do

• Lead daily warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, and supporting departments.
• Work alongside warehouse employees to maintain accuracy, productivity, and safety.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers leading teams of more than 500 employees.
• Drive operational excellence, accountability, continuous improvement, and same-day shipping.
• Investigate operational challenges and implement practical, data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience leading high-volume distribution operations.
• Direct leadership experience with warehouse managers and teams of 400+ employees.
• Proven success improving productivity, quality, and safety through operational leadership.
• Experience with KPIs, performance metrics, and warehouse management systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
