Distribution Customer Service Intern Part Time (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Mira Loma/Jurupa Valley, California, USA; must be able to commute

What you will do

• Assist with order processing, inventory management, receiving, shipping, and operational data entry.
• Prepare and maintain operational documents, reports, and records with accuracy.
• Coordinate with customers, service providers, and internal teams to support order fulfillment and resolve issues.
• Monitor shipment and inventory activity, provide status updates, and support accurate customer and vendor billing.
• Follow company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and no future employment visa sponsorship requirement.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Ability to pass a background check, work occasional overtime, and commute to Mira Loma/Jurupa Valley, California.
• Comfort with numbers, basic mathematics, and professional business environments.

Nice to have

• Progress toward an associate or bachelor's degree.
• Computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, communication, reliability, and teamwork.
