Technical Delivery Junior Engineer (AI)

Location: Spain; remote work with coordination across remote teams

Salary: €25,000–€27,000 base salary per year

hirify.global develops an AI-powered support automation platform for automating support and business processes through an omnichannel SaaS product.

What you will do

• Support technical communication with customers and respond to customer requests by email.
• Deploy hirify.global and Verbio solutions in customer infrastructures or the hirify.global cloud alongside senior engineers.
• Troubleshoot deployments with customers and colleagues, escalating issues when needed.
• Support project managers, senior engineers, product teams, infrastructure teams, and presales representatives during deployments.
• Maintain internal quality assurance systems and create technical documentation about product operation in customer environments.
• Learn deployment and integration standards, share customer feedback, and propose improvements to the AI platform.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in telecommunications or computer engineering.
• Basic to intermediate Unix/Linux server administration knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of Bash or Python scripting, Git, SaaS deployment or support, and source-code reading.
• Basic knowledge of or strong interest in artificial intelligence and conversational technologies.
• Customer-focused communication, proactive problem-solving, autonomy, adaptability, and teamwork.
• Good English and Spanish proficiency at B2/C1 levels; ability to work remotely from Spain in coordination with remote teams.

Nice to have

• Internship or academic project experience with Linux, scripting, or cloud environments.
• Knowledge of SIP, RTP, HTTP, REST API, WebSockets, Agile methodologies, or C/C++.
• Familiarity with Docker, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, or OpenSIPS.
