What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Python-based AI agents using agentic frameworks and cloud AI runtimes.
• Develop .NET Core REST APIs supporting the AI agent layer.
• Build Angular micro frontends and Stencil web components for an enterprise shell application.
• Write and optimize SQL Server queries, evolve schemas, and integrate payroll data models.
• Manage cloud infrastructure with Terraform and integrate AI capabilities into legacy payroll systems.
• Collaborate across engineering, AI, infrastructure, product, and business teams while implementing security and compliance practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend engineer in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong Python experience, including Python-based services and preferably AI agents or cloud AI integrations.
• Solid .NET Core experience building RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Experience with Angular, web components, micro frontend architectures, relational databases, preferably SQL Server, and Terraform.
• Knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, CI/CD, Git, testing, security, identity management, auditability, and PII protection.
• Professional English is required for daily collaboration with international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, payroll, HR technology, or other regulated sectors.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, observability, reliability practices, API gateways, service mesh, or service discovery.
