TL;DR
AI Engineer Master (Generative AI): Designing and building production-ready AI solutions, intelligent agents, RAG architectures, and enterprise integrations with an accent on scalability, security, observability, and LLMOps. Focus on architecting multi-agent systems, evaluating and deploying language models, and turning emerging AI capabilities into reliable business-critical platforms.
Location: Brazil; remote home-office position.

What you will do
- Design AI solution architectures covering performance, scalability, security, governance, cost, and long-term sustainability.
- Build and deploy AI-powered products and platforms for client and internal use.
- Develop intelligent agents and multi-agent systems with planning, reasoning, orchestration, tool usage, and multi-source data integration.
- Build advanced RAG solutions using embeddings, vector databases, GraphRAG, hybrid search, reranking, and grounding.
- Integrate AI systems with enterprise ERPs, CRMs, transactional systems, data platforms, and business-critical applications.
- Define evaluation, observability, monitoring, and LLMOps practices covering quality, reliability, cost, latency, security, versioning, and deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency and effective communication in a global environment.
- Strong experience developing and deploying generative AI solutions in production and designing complex enterprise architectures.
- Technical leadership experience with complex, multidisciplinary initiatives.
- Advanced Python proficiency and experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience with LLM platforms, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, observability, and reliability engineering.
Nice to have
- Experience building multi-client AI platforms and production multi-agent architectures.
- Knowledge of fine-tuning, PEFT, LoRA, knowledge graphs, GraphRAG, and automated AI evaluation.
- Advanced MLOps and LLMOps knowledge.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, technical communities, open-source projects, publications, or advanced relevant certifications.
