Warehouse Supervisor (Industrial Manufacturing)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States; 100% in-office presence required with no remote work

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee shipping and receiving operations for parts, supplies, and assembled electrical equipment.
• Set shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods using shipment records, orders, invoices, routes, and rates.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, annual physical inventory, and accurate shipment records.
• Train, motivate, monitor, and directly supervise warehouse and material control personnel.
• Inspect material handling equipment, coordinate repairs, and direct shipment movement between receiving, storage, and work areas.
• Support shipping and receiving activities while following established safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehousing, receiving, inventory control, or materials management within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated technical capability, leadership, ethical conduct, performance management, communication, teamwork, and financial management skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for approximately 75% of the shift, lift up to 50 pounds continuously, and bend, squat, and climb as needed.
• Must work 100% in the Jacksonville office and warehouse; the role involves exposure to heat, cold, moisture, noise, dust, and fumes.
