Branch Manager (Mortgage)

What you will do

• Oversee branch operations, business development, mortgage loan origination, and customer and client relationship management.
• Lead staff toward branch and company objectives while maintaining professional and ethical service standards.
• Build relationships with homebuilder leadership, sales representatives, closing coordinators, and local realtors.
• Develop annual branch marketing and business development plans with loan originators, onsite sales representatives, and outside realtors.
• Monitor loan pipelines, processing speed, rejected files, loan issues, backlog accuracy, and weekly production activity.
• Provide financial and operational updates to senior management and builder leadership, and support licensing and policy compliance.

Requirements

• Experience overseeing branch management and mortgage loan origination operations.
• Ability to develop relationships with builders, realtors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to review financial reports, loan pipelines, rejected files, and backlog reports.
• Ability to recruit, evaluate, train, and supervise staff.
• Ability to travel overnight when required.
• Supervisory responsibility for two or more employees.
