Mortgage Loan Officer

Location: In-office in Boston, Massachusetts, United States

Base salary: $37,440 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Recommend mortgage loan solutions aligned with lending guidelines and client requirements.
• Manage customer relationships, develop prospective clients, and conduct sales calls.
• Prepare loan solutions, refer relevant products and services, and review documentation for compliance.
• Manage the customer pipeline and coordinate mortgage transactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze financial information for multifaceted and complex borrowers.

Requirements

• Knowledge of mortgage products, banking products, loan origination, sales, and financial analysis.
• Strong customer relationship management, communication, selling, and scheduling skills.
• University or college degree with less than one year of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Additional background checks may be required under consumer financial protection regulations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
