Enterprise Platform Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Onsite at the HQ in San Diego, California, or the Centennial, Colorado location; remote work is not available. Candidates must be authorized to work permanently in the United States.

Salary: $70,304–$100,000 per year, plus eligible annual discretionary cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 10% each.

What you will do

• Administer, govern, and maintain the operational health of 13 enterprise platforms across workflow automation, document intelligence, API management, data visualization, and digital collaboration.
• Enforce SDLC controls, coordinate UAT, manage production releases through ServiceNow and Azure DevOps, and maintain runbooks, SOPs, policies, and configuration documentation.
• Support citizen developers through onboarding and workflow design reviews while enforcing governance before production promotion.
• Triage automation failures and platform incidents, perform root cause analysis, document resolutions, and monitor queues, exception logs, and Splunk dashboards.
• Maintain integration credentials, API keys, and secrets management practices.
• Develop training materials and onboarding guides, and assess business requests through intake and requirements discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, platform administration, or IT operations.
• At least 1 year of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience administering SharePoint Online, including permissions management, PnP PowerShell scripting, and library governance.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML structures, and basic SQL for log analysis, data validation, and audit reporting.
• Understanding of SSO and identity concepts, including Entra ID, SAML, OIDC, and RBAC design patterns.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available, including for current or future F-1 OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, TN, E-3, and O-1 holders.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
• Exposure to secrets management and credential governance, such as Delinea or CyberArk.
