Implementation Consultant (GovTech)

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Washington, D.C. at least three times a week (Tuesdays - Thursdays). United States citizenship and an active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance are required.

Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end implementation journey for federal customers, including discovery, scoping, configuration, and go-live.
• Lead onboarding for agency stakeholders and translate complex needs into actionable rollout plans.
• Work within classified and accredited environments, coordinating integration decisions with engineering teams.
• Act as the connective tissue between customer requirements and product development to ensure successful adoption.
• Develop internal playbooks, templates, and documentation to scale federal deployment processes.
• Guide public sector partners through the change management process of replacing legacy systems.

Requirements

• Must hold an active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
• Must be a United States citizen.
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, solutions engineering, or product-adjacent delivery roles.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data models, and system configurations.
• Experience operating within classified or accredited environments.
• Ability to commute to the Washington, D.C. office at least three times per week.

Nice to have

• Prior experience deploying software in classified or accredited environments.
• Hands-on exposure to Palantir Foundry, AIP, or Maven Smart System.
• Specific experience with federal, state, or local government implementation projects.
• Experience building implementation playbooks from scratch at an early-stage company.
