What you will do

• Disassemble TRD accessories and engine parts according to engineering-defined processes.
• Perform nondestructive testing, inspections, and component testing using specialized equipment.
• Confirm component mileages and match parts to build specifications and mileage limits.
• Assemble engine sub-components according to build plans and production schedules.
• Maintain electronic build books, work-order part issuance, and component records.
• Improve teardown, testing, assembly, and tooling processes while coordinating with other departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational school training.
• Strong mechanical skills and proficient use of engine-build tools.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
• At least five years of racing engine build experience is desired, along with hands-on engine build experience.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, maintain attention to detail, and cooperate effectively across departments.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit intermittently, and occasionally lift or carry up to 50 pounds and push or pull 50–100 pounds.
