Service Technician (Automotive)

Location: Henderson, Nevada, United States; onsite role

Pay: $24–$40 per flag hour through a flat-rate commission structure based on experience and education

What you will do

• Inspect vehicles thoroughly and document findings accurately in MPI.
• Complete assigned vehicle services and repairs efficiently, safely, and on time.
• Diagnose vehicle issues and ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time.
• Communicate with service consultants and customers when needed.
• Follow company values, the Code of Business Conduct, and applicable policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school, or two to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain insurability.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
