Relationship Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Location: US - GA - Norcross (Atlanta East); candidates should reside in the Atlanta, GA metro area and travel 50–75% within the assigned territory.

What you will do

• Build and strengthen relationships with current and prospective independent auto dealer customers.
• Assess business and risk situations, make decisions with limited oversight, and balance risk across customer accounts.
• Use CRM tools and work queues to understand customer needs and manage account activity.
• Grow the customer portfolio through new business development, promotional campaigns, and cross-platform partnerships.
• Manage and service existing accounts while identifying growth opportunities.
• Travel throughout the assigned market to support customers and prospects.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, dedicated transportation.
• Ability and willingness to travel 50–75% within the assigned market.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a productive, adaptable, multifaceted environment.
• Understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development, plus the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Auto industry or financial services experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, or Tableau.
