Bilingual Loan Sales Specialist

What you will do

• Support customers throughout the loan process by identifying needs and presenting tailored financing solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Manage loan lifecycles, including collections activities, while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Explain loan terms, options, and optional insurance products clearly to customers.
• Meet individual and branch goals while delivering empathetic, efficient customer service.
• Adapt to changing demands and collaborate with other departments to resolve customer needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Sales, collections, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Spanish bilingual ability is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in West Palm Beach, Florida.
• Availability Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours or Saturday work as needed.
