Relationship Strategist III - PNC Private Bank

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States. Regular time in the office or field is required; some responsibilities may be performed remotely at the manager's discretion.

What you will do

• Lead client management activities and manage a private banking book of business.
• Develop and execute relationship-management plans to acquire, retain, and expand client relationships.
• Build an external network and identify new business and sales opportunities.
• Discover client needs, coordinate action plans, and deliver proactive and responsive service.
• Coordinate partner introductions, follow up on client communication, and escalate concerns for resolution.
• Maintain accurate client relationship-management administration, pre-call planning, debriefs, and relationship reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Experience with client relationship management, customer engagement, financial analysis, and identifying sales opportunities.
• Ability to manage risk, make decisions, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be based in Dallas, Texas, with regular office or field attendance.
