Senior Security Analyst - Customer Identity & Access Management

Location: Arlington, Texas, United States; onsite five days per week. Participation in a one-week on-call rotation and occasional after-hours work are required.

What you will do

• Design, implement, administer, and secure CIAM platforms for external users, customers, and digital applications.
• Support Ping Identity services, including Ping Directory, PingFederate, PingOne MFA, federation, SSO, OAuth, and OpenID Connect integrations.
• Secure identity lifecycles covering registration, authentication, authorization, account recovery, and de-provisioning.
• Administer Active Directory, privileged access controls, service accounts, role-based access, and least-privilege policies.
• Investigate identity-related incidents, fraud, authentication abuse, credential compromise, and anomalous access behavior.
• Lead security initiatives, vulnerability remediation, technical documentation, operational standards, and analyst mentoring.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in information technology and cybersecurity, with significant Identity and Access Management experience.
• Enterprise experience with Ping Identity, Microsoft Active Directory, Quest Active Roles, Microsoft Entra ID, and MFA solutions.
• Strong knowledge of PAM concepts, vulnerability management, network security, and email security.
• Deep understanding of LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex security issues and lead investigations end to end.
• Ability to work onsite in the Arlington, Texas office five days per week and participate in a one-week on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, Microsoft security, Ping Identity, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
• Experience with external authentication platforms at scale, high-availability environments, and hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
