Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and support IAM solutions across CIAM, PAM, and IGA.
• Deploy and manage privileged access tools such as Delinea, CyberArk, and BeyondTrust.
• Configure IGA integrations for identity lifecycle management, access reviews, and role-based access control.
• Automate provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and compliance reporting using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Integrate IAM with HR, ITSM, directory services, cloud platforms, and SaaS environments.
• Implement federation and SSO, secure non-human identities, automate infrastructure, and support identity threat detection and response.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust security principles and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with IAM technologies, including identity governance, SSO, MFA, and PAM.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation.
• Familiarity with AWS IAM, Azure AD/Entra ID, GCP IAM, and SaaS identity integrations.
• Experience communicating complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 3–7 years of hands-on IAM experience and familiarity with NYDFS, HIPAA, or NIST compliance standards.
