Location: Menlo Park, CA office; in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Other listed locations include Chicago, IL; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC; Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; and Gainesville, FL.

Base pay: $166,000–$195,000 USD for Zone 1; $146,000–$172,000 for Zone 2; $129,000–$152,000 for Zone 3. The role is also eligible for bonuses, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Advise senior executives across Tech and GM organizations on business, organizational, and talent challenges.
• Build people strategies aligned with talent, organizational capabilities, and business priorities.
• Shape organizational design and workforce planning.
• Drive talent assessments, performance calibration, succession planning, and capability-gap plans.
• Coach senior leaders and lead organizational changes with business leaders and People Centers of Excellence.
• Build AI-powered tools and use people data and business insights to improve decisions and People processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience, including 6+ years as an HRBP partnering with senior executives, ideally in technology or high-growth companies.
• Deep expertise in organizational design, talent management, performance management, and change management.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, challenge views constructively, and earn trust through sound judgment.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex problems independently.
• Strong ownership and follow-through, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving.
• Ability to turn people data and business insights into clear recommendations.
