Associate HVAC Specialist (HVAC)

Location: Based at the Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio, United States. Mondays and Fridays are work-from-anywhere days for most roles, with six work-from-anywhere weeks per year.

What you will do

• Manage HVAC service partners for an assigned region of stores and maintain service quality, sustainable systems, and A&F standards.
• Follow up on work orders, confirm timely completion, and maintain accurate completion details and dates.
• Communicate with multiple vendors across different countries and build effective service-provider relationships.
• Resolve high-level invoicing and quoting disputes with HVAC vendors.
• Remotely view and troubleshoot HVAC equipment controls with technicians.
• Audit and approve or reject pricing from HVAC service providers.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a mechanical or electrical field.
• Experience repairing, installing, or maintaining HVAC systems, with a strong HVAC background including certifications, refrigeration, or project management.
• Knowledge of common office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to review MEP construction drawings and interpret, use, and provide training on manuals and schematics.
• Strong time-management, written and verbal communication, customer relationship, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, ambitious, and inquisitive approach.
