Management Solution Architect – Proposal Strategy & Content Development (Remote)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; position associated with Fairfax, Virginia

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 annually

What you will do

• Architect comprehensive management solutions and proposal content for large federal IT programs, including programs valued at $100M+ and involving hundreds of FTEs.
• Analyze solicitation requirements and develop content covering technical transition, IT program and project management, recruiting and retention, and performance and quality management.
• Align management solutions and proposal sections with approved win strategies and customer requirements.
• Work with graphic artists to create proposal graphics and slide decks illustrating processes, dependencies, technologies, benefits, and solution concepts.
• Review proposal content and coach architects and authors throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience, creating management solutions and leading competitive prime federal IT proposals.
• Ability to analyze lengthy solicitations and related research quickly, synthesize customer priorities, and develop management solution elements.
• Experience owning proposal sections, collaborating with customer and domain subject-matter experts, and adapting content when requirements change.
• Ability to write, review, direct, and craft persuasive proposal sections across management topics, customers, technical domains, and response formats.
• Understanding of the federal procurement process, contracting vehicles such as Alliant 2, CIO-SP3, GSA Schedules, and VA T4NG, and federal contracting practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration, critical-thinking, attention-to-detail, and iterative content-development skills.
