FP&A Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $123,000–$160,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Own forecasting, expense management, headcount planning, vendor approvals, and variance analysis for R&D and G&A.
• Track cloud infrastructure costs, non-headcount spending, billings actualization, and corporate forecasts.
• Prepare board, quarterly financial review, investor, and executive finance reporting.
• Partner with Accounting through soft close, hard close, results reviews, and monthly budget-owner reporting.
• Maintain rolling forecasts, provide variance commentary, and collaborate with recruiting, procurement, and department leaders on spending decisions.
• Use AI tools to accelerate forecasting, analysis, and finance communication workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
• Experience managing multiple cost centers or business lines simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, gross margin, CAC, and CLTV.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budget-to-actual analysis skills.
• Experience with enterprise planning tools such as Pigment, Adaptive, or Anaplan; ERP systems such as NetSuite; and procurement platforms such as Coupa.
• Ability to prepare clear materials for board, executive, and investor audiences and operate independently across stakeholder groups.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth, pre-IPO environment.
• Daily use of AI tools for modeling, analysis, and communication.
• Familiarity with AWS or cloud cost tracking and COGS reporting.
• Experience with Workday, Ashby, Greenhouse, or similar HRIS and ATS systems.
