Program Manager I (Autonomous Systems)

Location: Simi Valley, California, United States; onsite office environment. U.S. citizenship is required, and the position is subject to ITAR/EAR compliance.

Salary: $56,500–$86,250 per year

What you will do

• Support programs throughout their lifecycle, including cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Implement program controls, success criteria, priorities, and reporting processes under the lead Program Manager.
• Identify, analyze, and manage program-level risks and potential scope changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage interdependencies.
• Align internal customers and stakeholders, communicate program health, and lead program meetings and reviews.
• Support cost and technical proposal preparation and maintain program statistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Program Management or a related field.
• Experience working in a highly technical environment.
• Knowledge of project management methods, tools, and processes.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Must meet U.S. person or export-license requirements under ITAR/EAR; U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unmanned Aircraft Systems.
• Experience with international, non-U.S. programs.
• CAPM, PMI, or equivalent certification.
• Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
