Supply Chain Program Manager II (Aerospace)

Location: Centennial, Colorado, United States; onsite

Salary: $157,738–$216,889 per year

What you will do

• Lead a program, Integrated Product Team, or portfolio valued at less than $100M.
• Own program cost, schedule, technical performance, budgets, resource management, and contractual execution.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, performance metrics, and reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, supply chain, operations, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage risks, corrective actions, compliance, management reviews, and customer-facing program strategies.
• Develop Learning & Development programs and mentor junior managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a master’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
• 8+ years of related experience and comprehensive knowledge of program planning, execution, and resource management.
• Ability to manage programs with limited oversight, including budgets, schedules, technical objectives, and performance metrics.
• Advanced analytical skills and experience leading management reviews and working with financial teams.
• Strong ability to develop program strategies, solve complex problems, and mentor junior managers.
• Technical background or engineering degree is expected for Development Program Managers; Sustaining Program Managers should have strong technical acumen.

Nice to have

• Senior-level project management certification such as PfMP.
• Agile, Lean Six Sigma, contract management, risk mitigation, and root cause analysis experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, systems engineering, supply chain logistics, and technical writing.
