Accounts Receivable Specialist (AdTech)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; remote work environment with hybrid, flexible hours. Collaboration with teams across different regions and time zones may be required.

hirify.global is an online trust and safety platform protecting businesses, consumers, and children from deceptive, fraudulent, and non-compliant mobile apps, CTV apps, and websites.

What you will do

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices according to contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
• Monitor customer accounts, follow up on outstanding balances, post payments, and reconcile receivables.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, credit memos, payment queries, and account issues.
• Maintain AR aging reports, collection updates, audit-ready records, and customer billing information.
• Support AR forecasts, cash flow projections, annual budgets, variance analysis, and month-end and year-end close activities.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to improve billing accuracy, collections, and AR processes.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or a comparable finance role.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, cash application, collections, reconciliations, and AR aging.
• Experience supporting AR forecasts, cash collection forecasts, budgets, financial reporting, and audit activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams and time zones.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with financial reporting, month-end close, and audit support.
• Experience in SaaS, ad tech, or digital advertising.
