Revenue Recovery Specialist (Retail Supply Chain): Investigating and resolving invalid retailer deductions, short-pays, and compliance claims across supplier and retailer accounts with an accent on dispute documentation, account reconciliation, and root-cause analysis. Focus on interpreting shipping records and invoices, managing high-volume recovery cases, and identifying deduction-prevention opportunities.
Location: Hybrid work with regular in-office presence required in Rogers, Arkansas or Minneapolis, Minnesota
Salary: $29.47–$34.62 per hour

What you will do
- Identify, categorize, and prioritize invalid deductions across supplier and retailer accounts using the SPS Revenue Recovery platform.
- Investigate pricing discrepancies, shipping and OTIF violations, damaged or missing goods, and promotional or co-op advertising deductions.
- Review bills of lading, proofs of delivery, advance ship notices, purchase orders, and invoices to support disputes.
- Reconcile deductions with accounts receivable and accounts payable records to validate recovery amounts.
- Build, file, and track disputes through retailer portals and the SPS Revenue Recovery platform.
- Monitor deduction trends, follow up on open disputes, and identify prevention opportunities with Customer Success Managers.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable concepts, including reconciliation, aging, and credit memos.
- Ability to interpret shipping and logistics documentation.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to draw conclusions from incomplete information.
- Ability to manage a high volume of disputes and prioritize recovery deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn and use deduction-management platforms.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with retailer deduction and compliance programs such as Amazon chargebacks, Walmart OTIF, or Target vendor compliance.
- Experience with the SPS Revenue Recovery platform or similar tools.
