Senior Product Designer

Location: Fully remote, open across most of the United States. Interviewing, onboarding, and daily work are remote; annual travel is expected for the all-company kickoff.

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Design clear user experiences that simplify complex broker and brokerage operations.
• Help bring new SaaS products to market and shape commercial real estate workflows.
• Partner with Product Managers to define product vision and strategy, and conduct qualitative, quantitative, and ethnographic UX research.
• Translate user journeys into diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, then collaborate with developers to validate implementation quality.
• Co-maintain a high-fidelity interactive prototype in Figma using AI-assisted tooling such as Claude Code.
• Maintain personas, communicate design decisions, participate in UX reviews, and mentor a small team of UX and Product Designers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UX/UI, user experience design, or product design experience.
• Strong portfolio with detailed descriptions of the design process.
• Experience with SaaS products and new product introduction.
• Expertise in Figma and knowledge of UX/UI standards for responsive and mobile app design.
• Experience with user research, design sprints, workshops, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Working knowledge of web technologies and their constraints, with the ability to work through incomplete requirements.
