Product Designer (AI/HCI)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for AI product surfaces across web and mobile, from concept through launch.
• Create interaction patterns for prompting, review, confirmation, correction, handoff, and recovery in human-AI workflows.
• Design interfaces that make AI behavior, knowledge, uncertainty, and next steps understandable to users.
• Turn complex, multi-step AI capabilities into clear, controllable everyday experiences.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML teams to define problems, test ideas, and ship quickly.
• Produce wireframes, flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and reusable HCI patterns; conduct lightweight user research and usability testing.

Requirements

• Experience as a product designer or UX designer with a portfolio covering web or mobile products.
• Strong interaction design, information hierarchy, and prototyping skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and fast iteration workflows.
• Ability to simplify complex systems and create clear experiences from ambiguous product behavior.
• Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers in fast-moving teams.
• Sound judgment regarding usability, edge cases, failure handling, trust, control, feedback, and transparency in AI-driven experiences.
