Senior Finance Manager (B2B SaaS)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; hybrid work with the team together in the Sunnyvale office 2–3 days per week

Cash compensation: $150,000–$200,000 USD OTE, plus equity when applicable

What you will do

• Partner with department leaders to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Build reporting suites for key business and financial metrics.
• Support the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting process.
• Develop models for headcount planning, budget allocation, and resource prioritization.
• Evaluate ROI for product development, AI projects, pricing models, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare financial materials and actionable narratives for executive leadership and board meetings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a $100M+ ARR B2B SaaS company.
• Experience with license, SaaS, and consumption- or usage-based business models.
• Knowledge of database, infrastructure, or developer tools businesses; exposure to AI-related business models is a plus.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling skills, including driver-based modeling.
• Working knowledge of SQL, BI and AI tools, and familiarity with Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA is a plus.
