Finance Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Manage, coach, and mentor a financial analyst while establishing best practices and supporting career development.
• Own consolidated top-line planning, forecasting, and reporting, connecting bookings and renewals to ARR outcomes.
• Lead recurring top-line workflows, including weekly flashes, monthly writeups, QBR materials, and Board of Directors materials.
• Support Investor Relations with quarterly earnings processes, guidance, Q&A preparation, and related packages.
• Partner with General Managers, go-to-market leadership, Business Intelligence, and Pricing & Packaging teams to evaluate commercial strategies and ARR opportunities.
• Develop expertise in unit economics to support commercial decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or similar analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and their connection to ARR growth.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience building flexible, dynamic financial models from scratch.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Anaplan, and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude is highly desired.
