Market Access Associate Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid role based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; New York, New York; or Boston, Massachusetts, with on-site presence at hirify.global offices or client sites in the United States.

Salary: $120,000–$137,000 per year.

What you will do

• Advise pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare clients on market access, payer strategy, reimbursement, pricing, commercialization, and growth.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, primary research, and secondary research to generate strategic recommendations.
• Analyze market dynamics, stakeholder behavior, competitive landscapes, payer and provider needs, and access barriers.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and communicate insights to clients and senior leadership.
• Manage project workstreams, timelines, risks, and client relationships across multiple engagements.
• Mentor junior colleagues while developing consulting and leadership capabilities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant industry or consulting experience.
• Experience or interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, market access, commercialization, pricing, payer strategy, customer insights, or healthcare consulting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, synthesis, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business questions and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD in life sciences, public health, health economics, business, economics, psychology, marketing, social sciences, or another quantitative discipline.
