HR People Operations Transactions Representative

Location: On-site in Chandler, Arizona, United States. On-site presence is required for in-person work-related events, training, and meetings. The role requires authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

hirify.global develops, integrates, markets, and services lithography machines used by leading chipmakers to produce smaller and more powerful microchips.

What you will do

• Handle employee, manager, and HR inquiries from initial registration through escalation and resolution.
• Support customers using the HR portal and online tools to complete transactions.
• Provide operational and administrative support for in-scope HR processes.
• Collect and enter customer-related data, generate reports, and maintain confidential information.
• Follow global end-to-end processes, defined standards, systems, and local compliance requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks and contribute to process standardization, simplification, automation, and improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR or customer service, preferably in HR Operations.
• Knowledge of HR processes, systems, and policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong customer focus, professional communication, attention to detail, prioritization, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and work on-site in Chandler, Arizona.

Nice to have

• Experience using Workday and/or ServiceNow.
