Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Roseau, Minnesota, USA; onsite manufacturing role.

Starting pay: $75,000–$99,000 per year.

What you will do

• Establish and implement cost-efficient production methods while meeting safety, quality, cost, and schedule standards.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, operating standards, and workstation layouts.
• Conduct direct labor studies and analyze manufacturing methods, labor standards, and production costs.
• Define tooling and fixturing requirements and coordinate with tool designers on new equipment and fixtures.
• Improve work cells, material flow, productivity, operator safety, and manufacturing quality.
• Support manufacturing equipment development and troubleshooting, capital equipment studies, budgeting, purchasing, and make-versus-buy evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with PCs and understanding of statistical process control (SPC).
• Ability to work onsite in Roseau, Minnesota, USA.
