Process & Product Engineer (CNC)

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Evaluate, validate, release, and document new and existing manufacturing processes.
• Program, set up, and troubleshoot CNC machinery using CAD/CAM software, preferably ESPRIT.
• Manage released machines, tools, and processes.
• Create work instructions, box counts, operator training documents, and other process documentation.
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Analyze competing processes and drive continuous improvement to reduce waste.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience in a CNC setting.
• Experience with automated machinery, SolidWorks or equivalent 3D modeling software, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and Control Plans.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team setting.
