Photolithography Equipment Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Identify and reduce recurring photolithography equipment faults and create hard-down action plans that drive issues to root cause.
• Develop and improve tool maintenance procedures while training maintenance technicians.
• Improve equipment utilization and availability while reducing equipment costs and scrap.
• Support process development and work with the Photo process team to reduce process variation and implement zero-defect processes.
• Participate in or lead cross-functional and lean activity teams.
• Source and release new equipment for high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in engineering or a relevant field.
• More than 5 years of process engineering experience in a similar high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience with ASML PAS5500/400/700 scanners is required.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma root-cause problem solving, SPC, 8D, and FMEAs.
• Ability to work onsite in Chandler, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Canon steppers, TEL ACT 8 or Mark 7 tracks, KLA 8100 CDSEM, KLA SL3, Archers, UVs, ASET, HRPs, or Onto IRIS.
