What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Quality Engineers and technical project leaders.
• Set team priorities, development plans, succession strategies, and talent-growth initiatives.
• Define the factory quality vision, roadmap, and strategic objectives.
• Drive defect prevention, process control, quality gates, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, supplier quality, and operations teams to resolve systemic quality challenges.
• Sponsor cost-reduction initiatives that improve quality, operational efficiency, and business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, quality engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 8 years of experience in quality, production, or manufacturing engineering in a related manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of experience leading engineers, technical teams, or project leaders.
• Experience with Statistical Process Control, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Measurement System Analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with quality improvement, operational excellence, business process improvement, and organizational change.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology under United States export regulations is required before starting work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Minitab, JMP, or similar data-analysis software.
